Use of props to support their performance brought in from home or supplied by teacher

Children to perform their stories to Children and families

Use of ICT (phone)to record performance for evaluation and improvement could also be used as teacher training to disseminate to other staff  
I have asked my partners to try this using the OER resources and let me know their findings and reflections. It is distant tutorials but we are in regular contact.

Selecting and adapting OER

 | Why I chose it Working with large class          | How I used it Students are grouped in to 4
 1.    First group presented history of patient with malaria
 2.    Another presented the findings on home visit
 3.    The third group presented epidemiology of malaria
 4.    Last group presented the prevention and control of malaria  
All the presentations were made with PowerPoint using projector. Students are allowed to ask questions at end of the presentation or to clarify doubt                                              
 | How it went
 I have to spend time supporting, listening and intervening. At the end of the day I spent about 30 minutes summarizing some of the main points. Then I can conclude that the activity was successful because everyone was involved, a very supportive environment was created and the focused questions that followed showed the task was clear
