You can pass a high school leaving exam in the Czech language and choose optionally the individual IB courses (you recieve the Certificate, but you have not full Diploma). 
2. You can pass the IBDP in full. You will not have completed secondary education in the Czech Republic, but you can apply to foreign universities that recognized the IBDP.
3. You can pass both - the Czech leaving exam in full (which  is a basic condition for the admission to the universities here) and IBDP (which can help you to be accepted at foreign universities).
4. A combination of the state part of the Czech leaving exam and the IBDP, which you can have nostrified, if you decide for the Czech university.
