          During morning Greeting, a quick word to check in re: goal. Ex: "welcome back, we've missed you", "Glad to see you" show authenticity and investment in helping the student reach their goal.

          The best time varies based on Dean and student... During walk-throughs, making sure to make contact with the student at some point before the midday point. Let them know where they are in terms of meeting the goal, or gain knowledge /insight on if they have constant barriers to getting to school everyday. From there deans and case managers can check in to troubleshoot.

         Saving family's numbers in phones and sending quick check texts. While building relationships, speak with other members of the family to help build support around the student and their goal.(Older Siblings are able to act as additional supports in reaching attendance goals.
