    Orgs with both Employee and contractor systems should be moved at the same time to avoid confusion with LC and TLMS?

    Migration records can be reduced by not moving users that have not logged in for a certain period of time.

    How to handle duplicate email addresses?

    - Users that are in separate Orgs will migrate to different branches (should have no issue )

    - Users in the same Org 116,000 records
     active and deactivated - older records without admin rights replace the email address e.g. org_id_user_id_current_email_address - Admin for TalentLMS system needs to be made aware of this - This needs some discussion

    AF - For the above the first email record created we might assume is the user with access to the address, so this should not be updated but the rest should

    How to handle users with no email addresses?

    94000 users both active and not active

    - Create fake email addresses with Org id and user id (LC), fname, sname e.g. org_id_user_id_fname_sname@orgname.com - Admin for TalentLMS system needs to be made aware of this

    If we are not going down the fake email addresses working off Diageo orgs at the start, we have to remember we still have access to user data if needs be.
    Look for all users with unique email addresses, only migrate these. 
    If a user has a duplicate email 
    • check if they are an admin
    • check when they last logged in and the course completion date

    Each code will assign different courses to the user. Codes are created by creating a group and assigning particular courses to that group.

    If you try to register twice with the same email address and with a different code, you will be assigned the courses for the new group code.

    Logging in as an existing user using your email will show all the branches associated with that email address (if the user has more than one account) and then select the branch required.
