I didn't see vallue in the course and put in minimum effort and as a result, did not pass the course. I retook and passed the second time around but I was so upset as my average was severely effected by the one failing mark. I worked extremely hard over the following three years to bring my average back up to my goal grade of 70%. I was feeling extremely overwhelmed with a difficult class and because nobody was checking up on me, I had to step forward and ask for help.
