Mind maps are a great tool to make your learning visual by making links between topics and highlighting the most important facts of topics you may have forgotten. You can use the website above or make your own mind map using a piece of paper.

To make a mind map you will need:

- A big piece of paper ( A3)

- 3 different colour pens

Start with a topic, make a list of what you would like to focus. If it is vocabulary, use Kerboodle lists and make a list in a different colour. If you want to focus on key aspects or findings, make a list of these and annotate key dates and events.

For your essay writing, you can create a Spider gram focusing on key quotes and aspects of the film such as characters, themes, symbology, film techniques, social context, etc
