He had seen videos of explorers going into the hallway and heard the rumours. He thought, why not find out for myself? So he did, armed with a powerful torch and a lot of confidence. The hallway was littered with broken tables, pieces of splinter and bricks, and reddish marks that looked suspiciously like blood. He kept walking, the air becoming colder and more chilly. A faint metalic tang hung in the air. He felt watched, but when turned around, saw nothing. Once, he saw a shadow at his peripheral vision, but when he turned his head, it vanished.

Slowly slowly, his confidence was melting into fear and paranoia. He felt it, a evil presence. He had scoffed at the rumours, now he faced the consequences. He heard a creak behind him. He whirled around and called, Hello? Nobody answered. He turned back around, and saw 2 pricks of red eyes. They seemed to be coming at him, yet he heard nothing. He gasped and stumbled back. A guttural growl ripped through the thick silence. The creature dashed towards him. The last thing Blake saw was a huge maw, lined with hundreds of large sharp teeth. He now understood why anybody who went in, never came out.

And the darkness consumed him.

Waiting again, for a explorer to stumble upon it.

Lila always found the forest behind Grandma May’s house strange. The trees whispered, the wind carried secrets, and a black cat named Shadow always seemed to be watching her.

One foggy morning, Shadow darted into the woods. Lila followed, curious and fearless. Deeper and deeper she went, until she stumbled upon a hidden cottage, overgrown with ivy. It looked exactly like Grandma May’s house—but older, more faded.

Inside, dust danced in the light. Lila found photos on a table. Her heart stopped. They were pictures of her—but she looked older in every one. On the last photo, she looked just like Grandma May.

Terrified, Lila ran home and burst through the door. “Grandma! Who are you?”

Grandma May smiled sadly and said, “I hoped you'd never find it. But I suppose time always loops around. I’m you, Lila. I went into the forest once, just like you.”

Lila stared in shock. “But... how?”

“It’s a place where time gets lost,” Grandma said. “I stayed. You still have a chance to leave.”

Shadow purred softly by the door. Lila didn’t move.

The next morning, Grandma May’s house was empty.

During the recording of his band’s first album, they found themselves one song short. Hans, casually experimenting in the studio, stumbled upon a tune that would become a turning point in his career. The song ‘Lost in You’ just seemed to flow out of me, he recalls. That spontaneous creation didn’t just fill a gap it became a hit single, selling over a million copies and marking the beginning of Hans’s journey as a songwriter.
