         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is a comprehensive framework for understanding multiple aspects of our clients and how each part affects/interacts with their mental and physical health. It is strength based within the individual and with their environment and how those relationships interact. It helps us as clinicians to understand a range of factors. Interventions can result in better functioning for our clients as well as provide a solid foundation for lasting change by helping the client adapt to their situation and advocating for change. In many ways the ecological model reminds me of the biopsychosocial-spiritual model.&nbsp;<br>~Jenn<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
