         <title>Module 8: This article talks about how important it is to have managers who not only control and guide operations but do it effectively. It connected perfectly to the idea in Module 8 about how good control processes help productivity. I thought it was interesting because it made me reflect on managers I’ve had in the past and some who boosted productivity, and others who definitely didn’t.</title>
