-Every week, inhabitants of the society have to work a minimum of 45 hours. If, for whatever reason, the work hours are not completed, the time is doubled in charity work the next week. If the problem persists, the government has the right to cut anyone's monthly salary.

Higher studies are done separately, in a similar way to how it is done today. Students will only have access to certain levels of education based on their intelligence. The 10 smartest people in the IQtopia get to be on the council. The council may create, remove or edit laws as it pleases, as long as the social structure, economy and values remain unchanged, and that the created, edited or deleted laws do not interfere with those in the "Chart of Fundamental Laws of IQtopia". Every member is assigned an aspect of society to work on (ie: education, war, transport). Every year, the council rotates and every council member gets a new departement to work on. This system was implemented to keep ideas fresh, and to prevent the council members from taking advantage of their position. The lowest council member (the one with the lowest IQ of the ten) will be automatically replaced if its IQ is outmatched by another member of society. The center, in blue, represents purity in unity. A unified mentality and moral values is shown in every citizen's heart. The brain represents thought. Thought is evolution. Thought is art. Thought is survival. It is at the core of our society, thus it makes its space in the middle of our flag. To the left, the flag is all red to represent the blood that has dripped to serve progress, and also the blood of those that tried to prevent it. To the right, the color yellow can be observed. The more smart you are, the most respected and envied you are. The person with the highest IQ in a family is likely to become an idol for the youth or the pride of the family. Wealth in the IQtopia is actually very well regarded since it is directly linked with intelligence. 

A person that innovates in any domain (technology, mechanical engineering, architecture) is likely to get a lot of media exposure and praise, and sponsors and investments if he or she makes a buisness out of it.
