Since its establishment in 1998, Vancouver-based Lululemon Inc. has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of athletic apparel. Chip Wilson founded this business, and since then, he has emphasized the importance of being respectful of the environment and its customers. The supply chain of Lululemon begins with the company's decisions and actions. The company sources its fabrics and products from 26 countries, including the U.S.A. In 2020, Lululemon part-built 55 cut-and-sew facilities. The company's stock price has risen in response to the increasing demand for its yoga pants. For its full-year financial year, the company now projects that its sales will be between $7.87 billion and $7.94 billion. Lululemon's market structure is under a monopolistic system. Through its unique selling proposition, which is known as the USP, the company can set its prices. It allows it to differentiate itself from its competitors by offering various products.
