         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><ol><li>The Sea is one of the primary routes for international trade, and many claimants believe that the Sea hides oil reserves and lots fishing stocks. &nbsp;</li><li>At the end of World War II, no claimant occupied a single island in the entire South China Sea.&nbsp; Then, in 1946, China established itself on a few features in the Spratlys, and in early 1947, it also snapped up Woody Island.</li><li>After suffering their cataclysmic defeat at the hands of Mao’s Communists, Chiang Kai-shek’s forces retreated to Taiwan and abandoned their stations in the South China Sea.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We all agree that all the countries involved should approach to a peaceful solution, because many powerful countries need very little to do much damage.&nbsp;<br>1. The ocean limits should be distributed equally to all countries directly affected.&nbsp;<br>2. All countries should have access to free access of the territory equally, but not claiming it as "theirs"<br>3. Countries should get to an agreement where everyone uses the territory equally, and everyone benefits from it.<br>4. The United Nations should define how the territory will be distributed and which countries may use it, possible exporting fees and commercial regulations<br>5. No one should be able to claim the territory, although it is part of China, they should not be able to block commercial ships or any other way of transport</div>]]></description>
