I learned a lot about research methods and the tutorials were very helpful to me, making my writing direction clearer.

hope there will be more courses where former students come back to give lectures. This will be of great help to the study of this course and future work orientation.

Really enjoyed the collaborative project process but would have preferred if the design students had been told properly about what the project is. I feel like there was a misunderstanding about what the shoot was supposed to be and they expected to have control over the entire shoot. Apart from that, the project was really helpful and enjoyed working with different students

I’m happy I have done the starting research for fmp, more tutorials on progression with our research questions and methods would’ve been helpful

This semester was more collaborative, more focused on teamwork and collective creativity than the individual, wich made it all the more rewarding albeit difficult.

This module was very interesting cause it was quite hard to understand at first but the tutorials helped a lot to understand what was expected of us. I was a bit confused with the poster with what to include in it but came out well at the end. The class with Adam guy helped so much! Looking forward to this term :)

Learnt how to make the research more storytelling, the tutorials helped me to be more focused on adjusting and revising the project.

The information I had about the poster and how to make it was very little and it was one of the problems I faced this semester.

I really enjoyed this module. We got to learn about actual industrial experiences. Tutors were helpful throughout the module. What I enjoyed the most was studio shoots. May be it could have been more interesting if we could have experienced actual shoots (professional ones, where industrial experts are conducting shoots and we are assisting them) would really love to experience something like this. The last term was full of experiences. Model Casting Call day was fun! I got to learn as an individual as well as a team player. I think there was some misunderstanding between Designer’s tutor and our styling tutors in the beginning of the module. But I think after that everything went nicely. Overall this was a balanced module. Thank you!

The duration required for completing this project was excessively lengthy. I believe that additional shooting sessions could have been included. While the collaborative project overall was excellent, but not having the right information for a long time really messed up the shoot.

I really enjoyed doing this project. I felt as though there was so much flexibility with the brief so it allowed creativity to really blossom. I do however believe some more lectured relating to design layouts would have been beneficial. Otherwise it was great!

please get more industry experts or ex-students in the styling field. I believe that all the one visiting were focused on beauty and promotion.

Reflecting on this module, I found it to be an incredibly valuable experience. Working on two projects simultaneously allowed me to hone my multitasking abilities and develop a range of skills. One of the highlights was collaborating with designers, which taught me effective communication strategies that will be crucial when interacting with clients in the future.

This module provided the opportunity to engage with industry clients, offering a glimpse into real-world professional dynamics. Through these interactions, I gained practical insights into industry standards and workflows, enhancing my understanding of how projects are managed in a professional setting.

I am particularly grateful to my tutor, who supported me throughout this journey. Their encouragement pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and tackle challenges head-on. This experience also taught me how to manage last-minute problems effectively, further preparing me for future professional endeavors.

Overall, this module was instrumental in my development, and I appreciate the guidance and opportunities it provided.
