         <description><![CDATA[<div> Used to determine if your tires tread is good or if it is low and needs replaced by inserting a penny with Lincoln’s head face down into the lowest part of the tread. It is important to conduct the Penny Test in multiple places on the tire tread, because tires can wear unevenly. If Lincoln’s head is covered by the tread the tire is good in that spot, if the top of the head is not covered and can be seen the tread is low and the tire needs replaced. </div>]]></description>
