         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Indirect Communication<ul><li>Children these days prefer chatting on social media with their friends instead of direct communication. This makes them to miss out many critical social skills that are very important to them.</li></ul></li><li>Lowering the Risks<ul><li>When children interact or make friends through social media, they do not take the risk. This is because making friends is a very important part of growing up and it takes a lot of risk. It is a part of "Healthy self esteem".</li></ul></li><li>Cyberbullying and the imposter syndrome<ul><li>Children tend to be more cruel on the internet and they say things that no one should ever say. </li></ul></li><li>Stalking (and being ignored)<ul><li>Children tend to always upload statuses and stories on social media regarding their where they are going or what they are eating. This can give negative effects such as anxiety. Next, when children does not get a reply text, they may feel ignored and may develop anxiety. </li></ul></li><li>What should parents do?<ul><li>Parents should limit their children's phone usage. They should also spend time with their children and give more attention to them. </li></ul></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Carry a food allergy card in multiple languages<ul><li>Stating the food that are allergic in a card can be helpful. You can show it  to the waiter before ordering. That way, they can suggest dishes that does not contain the foods that are allergic.</li></ul></li><li>Order with an abundance of caution<ul><li>Be cautious of what food you are ordering. Make sure it does not have any ingredient that is allergic to you. </li></ul></li><li>Travel with a food stash<ul><li>It is always a good option to bring your own food. It is because you may not find food that is not allergic to you. </li></ul></li><li>Consider a hotel room or a Airbnb with a kitchen<ul><li>Having a kitchen in the hotel room or airbnb is very useful if you could not find food that is not allergic for you. You can just cook your own food and buy ingredients from the nearest market.</li></ul></li><li>Don’t forget your allergy medicine (but carry it legally)<ul><li>In case you accidentally ate food that is allergic to you, medicines can become very handy. </li></ul></li></ol>]]></description>
