The name also shows up in the bible many times as an expression of the feminine aspects of god and is regarded as the mother of the universe. My mom chose it just because she liked it maybe because everyone told her she looked like Sophia Loren when she was younger but who knows?

I honestly don't know if my name fits me I don't hate it but I don't love it, I'm kinda indifferent to it no one really calls me by it anyway I have a nickname at home that I've been called by since I can remember but my boyfriend loves it so i gues it doesn't matter if I don't like it. after we came back to school from covid I was so used to my internet friends calling me by my internet names that when I was called by my actual name I was like” WHO? My Chem is my favorite band of all time. A band that has saved my life countless times and has given me the will to fight many more. All thought isn't my favorite song by them its one that still means a lot and these lyrics speak to me a lot to not give up in times of need when i don't have anyone to talk to, due to my culture not being the type for emotional vulnerability.

I can't really connect this song to my culture but it's a song that means a lot to me. It was my dad's favorite pink floyd song, he was the person in my life that really got me to love music growing up. Me and my  mom danced to an aveneged sevenfold cover of it at my sweet 16 since he couldnt be there.

I eat them all the time usually my grandma will make a few at the beginning of the week so we have some throughout the week and even by Friday THERE THE BEST THING EVER. When my dad was still around we would go to get pupusas on the weekend when my grandma would go back home with my tia even after a week of having them it was just the best thing ever. I have this small memory of her teaching me how to make them when I was little, Ive kinda forgotten how to make them so this project actually reminded me to ask her to teach me again.

My mom is from san Salvador, she came to America when she was one year old. My dad is from Berlin, el Salvador, and yes it is a real place. My dad left when he was 14 due to the civil war. Both of my grandpas are Italian, my dad's father was either half or full Italian, im not for sure i dont really have anyone to ask anymore his mom was half indigenous. my mom's father was half Italian and costarican, i dont knowmuch about her own mother because she passed away from cancer when my mom was 8 years old.
