         <description><![CDATA[<p>ML/ELL students with a time extension are able to take a scheduled content exam on the following day from their peers, if they are scheduled to take two continues content-area exams. The principal of the school must approve. MLs must complete the first scheduled assessment and begin part of the second scheduled assessment before being granted time the following day to return to and finish the second assessment. </p>]]></description>

The school should find a suitable person (who speaks/is proficient in the students L1) to grade that portion of the assessment. </p>]]></description>
