Usrah 2 section 862

In Islamic spiritual therapy, prayer (Dua) is a core practice believed to promote healing, both physically and spiritually. Muslims believe that prayer, especially with sincere devotion, can alleviate stress, improve well-being, and even have medical benefits.

prayer is a central practice believed to offer both physical and spiritual healing, considered a form of spiritual therapy.

it also acknowledges the importance of finding moments of relaxation and enjoyment. Music, movies, and other forms of entertainment can provide temporary respite, but relying solely on them for emotional well-being can be detrimental. Islam emphasizes seeking guidance from the Quran and Sunnah for long-term solutions to problems and encourages mindful enjoyment of life's blessings.

Islamic teachings acknowledge that sin can cause restlessness in the heart and diminish the joy and peace found in worship. Sin acts as a barrier to a close relationship with God, making it harder to experience the calmness and fulfillment that comes from remembering and obeying Him

youth to worship, emphasizing that this early practice brings greater spiritual rewards later in life, leading to a deeper appreciation for the beauty of worship. It's a call to action, encouraging individuals to make the most of their youth by focusing on their relationship with God.

Shafi’i Imam emphasized that in seeking knowledge, four key elements are crucial: True knowledge, repentance with sincere regret, knowledge of the outcome of good deeds, and the ability to act upon that knowledge. True knowledge, as described by Shafi’i Imam , is knowledge that brings benefit and is not just memorization. Repentance, particularly nasuha repentance, is essential as it allows for a deeper connection with worship. The understanding of the consequences of good deeds provides further motivation, and finally, the ability to act upon knowledge is what truly transforms it into a source of benefit, as Shafi’i Imam stated.
