Early years of my teaching just after completion of my B.ed, i was a class-teacher of 5th grade. A class with lots of fondness for each other. There were few struggling students in the classroom, these children were particularly stuggled in reading. During my early teaching days, I made groups in the classroom. I had observed how students who were struggling either in reading or answering in the classroom or even cw or hw, were helped by their team mates. They were happy to extend any help to their team-mates. Not only so, these children were very innocent, the year was 2009, I observed and still remember vividly, these children had no envy, but once a team had forgotten to get set of sketchpens for an activity in the classroom, the other group, extended help readily.
