The information i'm gonna need to get a answer, are like maybe the amount of yellow starbursts in like a group of 10 or 20 or something like that. Because then we would kind of know the average of the yellow starbursts.
Assumptions about starbursts that's built into my answer are that there seem to be the most amount of yellow starbursts, so there might also be the most amount of starburst at the end
Knowing the frequency of starburst colors in this sample, might make me change my answer by the fact I might increase my guess. Since in the sample there seems to be the most starbursts and it's in the 100's. so seeing this might make me raise my answer.

1) I notice that the person who is opening the starburst does not like yellow
2) I’m pretty sure there would be more yellow then red cause two packs, there are three yellow and only one red showing that the might be less red . By the piles of starburst, I would sya there would be about 200 packs there and I’m pretty sure most of them would have yellows and lesser red. Maybe 3/4 of them would be yellow, so it would be 150/200 that have yellow

3) You need to know how many packs of starburst is there in order to get the answer.
4) I can see that yellow is the most, but red is the second most and has a similar amount of yellows. Notice that there were also pink and orange in there.
5) Knowing the frequency’s of starburst colors in this sample would change my answer because now that we know there are 287 packs of starbursts and yellow and red have a very close amount of number , and also have pink and orange, the sample would change my answer because it would increase my guess on how many packs is there of exactly ty one yellow and two yellow starburst. Furthermore, now that we have an “extract” number of the amount and the number for each color, it is getting more accurate when guessing the answer . Also, now that knowing that yellow and red have very similar amount of number, I’m sure that there would be more one yellow in a pack because there are also red, pink and oranges

My first gues s( first question) I though there would only be red and yellow since the first smaple has onky red and yellow. My guess was 150/200 would be yellow and the actually number of yellow is 159. After knowing there is pink and orange and that yellow and red have around the same number, I know that most likely there would be a yellow in a pack and fewer two yellows in a bag. Before, I though that maybe 3/4 of them would be one yellow in the bag and 1/4 of them would have two yellow. I think my guess was ok ok but really 1/6 of the pile has two yellows and 5/6 of them have one yellow.
