Give students a picture of an example of erosion, deposition, or weathering that is occurring at their school and have them try to explain what is happening. (This is something that could be referred back to through out the unit as well)</div>]]></description>

Or compare the sun traveling across the sky on a winter day vs a summer day to look at how different the height and angles are. If I used this lesson after my inner planets lesson, I'd have them compare what the sun moving across they sky (if it were ever visible) on Venus with its retrograde rotation.</div>]]></description>

You could also have those students draw and tell you their answer.  You may need to be more specific for the question....it was vague.  Reword  by asking how mammals/fish/reptiles/birds/amphibians parents help their young survive in their habitat.  Depending on the interest of your class, you could give them a choice of the animal.  Again, have them tell, write and all can draw an illustration. </div>]]></description>
