This is another way this amendment can be seen in action. The final way this amendment can be seen in action is when a court trial is going on, the accused person has the right to have a impartial jury. Another benefit is a right to a fair, speedy trial. The Amendment also gives people the right to a impartial jury. The amendment allows a few more things but the last one I’m going to do it that the accused persons have the right to present witness and ask questions to people on the other side ( Aka people against them) . Those are some of the rights you have because of the sixth  Amendment! Even tho this isn’t a right but a little fact is that no judge can be prejudice if so they will change the judge so the other one can take care of the crime.

  1. Americans wanted to make sure that a jury trial was also fair trial.
  2. People were being kept in jail for a long time, so it was necessary for the government to create the sixth amendment so accused persons to not be held in jail for a long time waiting for their trial.
  3. It was also necessary to create this amendment because some judges and Juries were impartial and and prejudice against specific races or genders, so the sixth amendment ensures that you can have a trial without a prejudice judge or jury.

For example, if someone is charged for stealing, carjacking, robbing, etc. people can see this amendment in action, especially the judge. They can always see people charged and accused every day and we will have to decide if guilty or not. The juries are a group of people discussing whether an accused person of crime is guilty or not. But if the juries still can’t decide then the judge will decide.
