         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Too much sodium from salt can cause high blood pressure which can cause risk factors like strokes and heart diseases.</strong></div><div><strong>No more than 1,500mg of salt per day is okay for people with high blood pressure.</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Other options instead of salt would be citrus fruits, cinnamon,&nbsp; paprika, garlic, and onions. Ways to lower blood pressure is to lose extra pounds, exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet with reduced sodium, and limit alcohol intake. Symptoms include fatigue, vision problems, chest pain, difficulty breathing,&nbsp; and irregular heartbeat.<br></strong><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
