Poland's sports include almost all sporting disciplines, in particular: volleyball, football (the most popular sport) and motorcycle speedway, ski jumping, track & field, basketball, boxing, fencing, rugby union, field hockey, handball, ice hockey, swimming and weightlifting.

Poland has been in many Olympics and world cups over the years. They are in the Poland National Football team and are currently playing in the world cup. Poland first competed in the Olympics in 1924.

In this pattern chart that is telling us how many steps on an average these countries do, Poland is light blue. On a weekday Poland get just over 15,000 steps and on a weekend they get about 15,000 steps. So in general they get about 15,000 steps per day.
