Multiple Choice:

Essays:
+ three essays with a 2 hour time limit (poetry, prose passage, free response)
+ essays are each scored on a rubric scale on 1-9
+passing is a 5+
Scoring:
+ multiple choice accounts for 45% of the total score while essays account for 55%
