After cashing the money, their father orders them to go home and they protest, but he walked into a pub. Angela gets mad and tells them to go back and find him. Frank feels that he is close to death, but later thinks that he is going to live because a doctor farted in front of him and believed that a doctor wouldn't do that in front of a dying boy. She later gets ill and Frank continues to see her for weeks, but she gets better eventually. He later goes to deliver a telegram to her mom's workplace and is told that Theresa is in the hospital.
