You need communication within the RAF because there will be a lot of exchanging information, and this information must be picked up correctly because if it is not, this may result in negative reports, especially in the fire service, reading, writing and listening carefully are the three most important skills in communication that people in the RAF will need, for example if someone doesn't listen they might miss out on vital information which you may need to know to complete the task correctly.
