         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Definition: </strong><br>The imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium or it means of sending or receiving information, such as telephone lines or computers.<br><br><strong>Force Protection RAF Gunner:</strong></div><div>You need communication within the RAF because there will be a lot of exchanging information, and this information must be picked up correctly because if it is not, this may result in negative reports, especially in the fire service, reading, writing and listening carefully are the three most important skills in communication that people in the RAF will need, for example if someone doesn't listen they might miss out on vital information which you may need to know to complete the task correctly.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Definition:</strong> <br>Working with others is the ability to effectively interact, cooperate, collaborate and manage conflicts with other people in order to complete tasks and achieve shared goals.<br><br><strong>Force Protection RAF Gunner:<br></strong>Gunner's in the RAF would have to work with a team of around 30+ men to protect all RAF aircraft, soldiers and bases. this means they may be constantly working with others. For example - operating in peace keeping, counter terrorists or full scale war situations.</div>]]></description>
