You can not attack someone into willingness without becoming the oppressor yourself.
The solution is in drawing clear boundaries and reestablishing the difference between a personal and professional setting, and granting all human beings the innate dignity of having their own thoughts and feelings and beliefs, despite those being ones we may fundamentally disagree with.  And saying to everyone, your views are your views and I have no judgement on them, but this is a professional space and as such be definition, this is a place that is absent of personal opinions and those views need to be kept outside of this sphere.  ]]> 2021-05-18 21:28:53 UTC https://padlet.com/drrodriguez5/8nutoeolnhktbew2/wish/1537585253
