Most of them would be busy because they had a bunch of students with questions and a lot of the information is online. Fill out the transfer form and an additional information will help like recommendation letters, resume and even clubs. If you do not have any of them, do not worry because they do not determine if you get accepted or not. I forget to add an college that I wanted to applied to and I already summit that application. I could not add that college.
