Monarchy and Theocracy are similar because they both deal with religious beliefs, and the leaders are said to either have been directed or chosen by God. They're different, however, because in Theocracy usually they elect a pope as almost a ruler, and in Monarchy the ruler gets passed down to a heir or to a close relative.
3. A Republic and a Democracy are similar because they both elect people to be higher up. They're different, however, because in a Democracy you have more freedom to speak out than in a Republic.

The purpose of government is so that there is a system for controlling the society by enforcing rules.
1)Monarchy and Theocracy share the fact that their government involves religion. Monarchs believe that God has chosen them directly and Theocracy rulers claim to be directed by God or divinely. With a monarch government, there is one ruler that is inherited who takes all of the power and it's not like that with theocratic government.
2) Democracy and Republic are similar because the people are allowed to have a say in who will become apart of their government. While they are similar, democracy grants basic rights and allows the people to be more involved will Republic does not.
3) Dictators and Monarchs are the two types of government where the ruler (with/without a small group of assistance) has all power over the citizens in their country. The difference between monarchs and dictators is that monarchs are religious while dictators aren't inherited into the thrown but usually seized by force. (absolute monarchy is like dictatorship the most)

The purpose of having a government is to control society (people). Ways that society is controlled is by having Laws/Rules. This helps a lot because they're guide lines on how to live without having problems. It kind of keeps people in place so no poor decisions are made. If the rules are broke there'll be consequences that hopefully help so the laws aren't broken anymore.

1. Republic and Democracy are the same because both groups have the power to decide who they want as their leader. They're also different from Monarchs and Theocracy because they use religion as a guide where Democrats and Republicans don't.

2. Monarchy and Theocracy's system both include religion. Their ruler also has full power over everyone. Their power is also passed down to their sons and relatives. the leader would be a male for most of the time. Females were fr emergencies only but they focused more on males than females to be the rulers.
