         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think we are living in a simultaneous need to live and think at the same time. We want the very first time the student gets into school to have all these attributes but we fail to a certain extent to achieve it completely. We are thinking it in the secondary and hoping we achieve it in such a short amount of time which is not logical. Because during that time the students are already so caught up with their own mindset on the type of life they want to live and lead in the future.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’ve always heard from the students that they can’t manage their time to balance their academics with their personal lives and personal goals leading to a lot of stress and anxiety. I think it’s time we listen to them and what they want to be rather than forcing them to become something they are not. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I teach students about the importance of academic honesty, personal accountability, and the impact of their actions through literature and class discussions. I do this to teach them responsibility.</p><p>I integrate technology effectively, teaching students to use digital resources responsibly and creatively. We try GPt an other AI tools. I do this to insure they're digital citizens.<br>I engage students in discussions about global issues and encourage group projects that involve community service or global awareness (in accordance with other departments). I do this to help them become empathetic communicators. </p><p>I also Incorporate activities that focus on effective writing and speaking skills, such as debates or presentations.</p>]]></description>
