         <description><![CDATA[<div>This shows that Singapore had many different kind of foods as when people from other countries like India and china comes to Singapore to trade, they also set up food stalls. People like the Javanese and Siamese came to Singapore to attack them so that they make it one of their empires. But back then Singapore had a fort to defend itself. Walls of the fort is stretched from the sea of Bukit Larangan to the hill known as Fort Canning park. People traveled by ships as Singapore is an island so people couldn't take land transport or walk to Singapore.China&nbsp;<br>came to Singapore to trade before 1819.They traded Red gold,blue satin,Chinese porcelain and more.Singapore government was weak before 1819 so it was protected by the Majapahit Kinddom.</div>]]></description>
