During planning the teacher asks him/herself will the plan work effectively or not. Then the plan is incorporated in the lesson.
Observation and feedback:
Having your practice observed by colleagues will allow you to obtain new insights on your work and receive feedback and suggestions on how to improve. Observing your colleagues can also help you come up with new ideas and techniques to try in your own teaching. As an example, we are following the lesson objective matrix to observe and give feedback to the colleagues for more improvement.
