Next Steps - Create two small learning walk circles. One with my grade level team and one with my content area team within my building. I will approach this as a way for me to improve my own teaching (for me with a focus on classroom management in a PBL environment) and invite others to observe my classroom to better understand what I do and offer me feedback.
