We should use eco friendly products, reduce our consumption of plastic, to do so the big companies should have less packaging, the supermarkets should offer “refill solution” for most of the products and stop giving plastic bags and plastic containers for the fruits and veggies. This will reduce our waste, so less plastic in the oceans. 
BUT most importantly, we should decrease our meat/fish consumption as industrial farming is the first polluter of the waters around the world. There is no proper solution to manage the amount of poo of the animals that goes into the ground and in the water. Due to industrial farming we have to grow more soja to feed the animals, so cut more trees and use more pesticides. The trees are the one retaining the water into the ground. It is a circle. Everything is connected. People should be aware of their impact on the water pollution. We should encourage people to eat local and eat meat/fish a few times per week only and not everyday. 
We should encourage the people to re-use and go local.

One such way I can do this is to invest more on eco-friendly alternatives to daily commodities. Water is badly needed by everyone & yet some people are still wasting it. Some parts of the world don’t even have access to clean water. If I keep myself educated and continue being concerned for the waters, I could influence the people around me to do the same. Saving the waters shouldn’t be a one man thing, as much as possible it should be saved by everyone. Thanks to this project, I was able to spread awareness to people around me.
