Mostly the instructions were clear however  what could help you to remember CCQ's, ICQ's and drilling.
When completing negative forms for future intentions, could you extend the sentences, also present question form. 
in order to embed maths,  could you have asked the number of days until the weekend.

+ She started with plenty of CCQs and drill especially in 1 to 1/started phase out towards end of the lesson.
+ She embedded maths (you two, counting seasons)
+ She was very time efficient
