I would feel like this because I would have to leave my beloved family, any pets or younger siblings that are not able to go to the school yet, and not be able to speak my own language at all or we would most likely be punished with the ball thing that goes on their leg or something else bad, and we would not be able to practice our own religion. I do not agree with the idea of "Kill the Indian, Save the Man." at all. The person that made this must have thought that it was okay to do this to the Indian kids, it is not okay to steal people from their families or steal their stuff that is possibly important to them the men were so cruel and very very mean to them. I do not agree with it because every skin color and race should be able to wear what they want, have their own hair style, speak their own language, and be able to be called by their legal name and not be forced to be who they are not by the soldiers or other mean people that are white at the boarding school. Why would the soldiers ever like one but dislike the other. I think that it is wrong to have Indians be forced to be white. The Indians also had to cut their hair and their hair ment a lot to them and it was a symbol to something and it had to do with their culture to cutting their hair was very very rude and disrespectful to who they really are inside . They must have felt so uncomfortable being crammed in that tiny room and touching other Indian kids shoulders, also some kids had to stand up along the side which was very sad that they had to stand. The boarding school was cruel and wrong, they should not have the right to do this to families, breaking them apart and changing the kids from Indians to white people in a matter of years. This is not okay at all the Indians are still people, treat them like everyone else that is white, don't treat them differently just because they are a different race or have different skin color. The white soldiers need to treat the Indians better, because what if the soldiers were treated like that, I do not think that they would like that so they need to treat the Indians the way that they would want to be treated. The Indians did nothing wrong yet the soldiers are still being mean to all of the little Indian kids by taking them away from all that they have ever know or loved. If I was here I would try my best to run away and if they catch me running I would run faster than the wind

Another reason is that people came to America to be free and learn their religion but what they are doing is to force them to be white which I think is wrong. America is a place where people should be fair and appreciate the different kinds of cultures that live in America. People, especially the white, should be kind to other cultures and not kill them. Still today many white men and white women still kill out the other cultures. I don't think this is right and we should stop killing other cultures even if you feel uncomfortable when they are near you. Many white think their culture or their way of living is the best and everyone should learn it, but what is important is that many people also have cultures too. I think white should not force someone else to learn their way of life and enjoy their life. I think if the white like their way of like they should think about what would happen if they were forced to learn something and l they didn't like it. They don't treat people fairly and if they don't listen they would have to pay.

Why i do not agree with this is because it is absolutely not right to kill Indians well it is not ok to kill anyone.
It is also a metto so people will do it and that is absolutely NOT OK!!!!.
