         <description><![CDATA[<div>To make healthier food choices if your in a rush i think people should prepare meals before so when they need it they could just take it and eat in or warm it up and then eat it.&nbsp;<br>people should also create little fruit bags they could put them into boxes or put them into Ziploc bags for each day of the week. They could have a different fruit for a different day, for example:<br>Saturday: apples<br>Sunday: grapes<br>Monday: oranges&nbsp;<br>Tuesday: pineapples<br>Wednesday: pomegranates<br>Thursday: strawberries&nbsp;<br>Friday: cherries&nbsp;<br>You can customize it however you like, i did this and it worked and i was so happy that i was eating fruits and vegetables and not chocolate instead.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Foods to avoid if you have cancer are foods like deep fried, grilled, barbecued, baked meats, too much intake of salt, sugar, and oily foods, red meat and processed meats such as bacon, ham, and&nbsp;sausages, and preserved foods like pickles and jams.</div><div><br>Heart disease:&nbsp;<br>caused by when plaque builds up and thickens/stiffens artery walls, which inhibit blood flow through the arteries to your organs and tissues. Heart disease can also be caused by an unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, being overweight or smoking.          <description><![CDATA[<div>some food factors that apply to me are culture, my family cooks a lot of chicken and so I eat more chicken. Another food factor that applies to me are likes and dislikes, i like fruits and some vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, and lettuce but most vegetables i don't like, like broccoli and that affects my eating routines because since i don't like certain vegetables i don't add them into my plate to eat, so i don't eat them and i don't get the nutrients that, that food provides to me. I also like chocolate and I try to eat it less by not buying it and that helped but whenever i go to the store and see chocolate i would want it, because chocolate is addicting and once you start eating it you can't stop you would want more.&nbsp;Sometimes when i'm bored i eat snacks like chips, and biscuits but chips are unhealthy because chips are made from potatoes and potatoes have carbohydrates in them and they build up fat in your body, i will try to eat fruits like oranges when i'm bored instead of junk food. </div>]]></description>
