Description:

In this activity, students will create a virtual wall on Padlet titled "My Different Friend". Each student will describe a friend of theirs who stands out in a unique and positive way. They will highlight the qualities or traits that make this friend special, such as cultural background, hobbies, talents, personality, or any unique challenges they overcome.

The Padlet will serve as a collaborative space where students can post a short description (50-100 words) about their chosen friend, along with an image or drawing that represents them. This activity promotes inclusion, empathy, and the celebration of diversity among peers.

Once completed, the class can explore the Padlet together to learn about each other's friends and reflect on how differences enrich our lives.

My teammate Nikolas is a very special kid! He is very kind, brave and he is always there for his friends. He is tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. The thing that makes him special is his skin! He has two different colors! In my opinion that's really cool but he has been trough a lot because of this. Some kids make fun of him without knowing if he likes it or not. Hello! My different friend is someone called Nikita.

Nikita is a very smart fellow, he likes playing video games and programming

plus he makes music, beats actually. Nikita is different because he is from Russia,

but he is no ordinary Russian he doesn't drink nor does he like the cold which is completely wrong and to be honest i don't really like him but i know him since i was 4 years old so now im kind of stuck with him you know? Anyways, although we dont talk as much and as i mentioned doesnt quite like him anymore he still is a good friend for me and ill always remember him.
