It is stated that one of the first things to understand surrounding emotional intelligence is the structure of the brain. The part of the brain that deals with emotion is called the limbic system. It is more older than the other parts of the brain because early humans relied on emotional intelligence rather than academic intelligence in the newer neocortex.</div>]]></description>
