Definition:
The international standard ISO 14040 describes the principles and frame of reference for life cycle analysis. The manufacture of raw materials until their departure. Due to the process, pollution can be mitigated with the reuse of some raw materials by making or transforming products into less polluting raw materials to the planet and based on renewable energy.

We can assume that local solar energy provides part of the energy demand, leaving the rest safe from grid electricity. But for wind energy, this story will not be valid. According to OSGeo, a GIS laboratory, Sichuan has an average annual wind speed of 1 to 2 m / s. The wind resource is insignificant and the amount may fall below the threshold of the economy, so external wind electricity from other provinces can be a good substitute.
