What is your opinion on using ChatGPT for work? by Thị Mỹ Nương Trần

In my opinion, using the ChatGPT tool in the workplace has both positive and negative aspects, depending on how each individual uses it.
Firstly, ChatGPT is always available to assist users at any time, helping to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. Thanks to its rapid information processing capabilities, ChatGPT saves time and enhances work productivity. Moreover, this tool provides easy access to information and supports multiple languages, enabling users from different countries to communicate and collaborate smoothly.

However, there are also potential drawbacks to using ChatGPT. Users may become overly dependent on the tool, which could reduce their critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems independently. Additionally, sharing sensitive information with ChatGPT poses the risk of personal data breaches if users are not careful during interactions.

Therefore, when used appropriately, ChatGPT is a valuable tool that can improve work efficiency without diminishing human creativity.

Water plays a vital role in human life and activity. Approximately 60–70% of the human body’s weight is made up of water, and it participates in most physiological processes such as regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients, eliminating waste, and maintaining internal balance (homeostasis). Without enough water, the body quickly loses function, leading to fatigue, decreased productivity, and even serious health problems. Moreover, water is essential in daily living, production activities, and environmental protection. Therefore, protecting water resources and raising awareness about the rational use of water is an urgent responsibility of every individual and the whole society.
