Adolph Hitler- Adolph would be seated in the seventh circle. He massacered most of the Jewish population just do see his own race prosper.
Bill Clinton- Bill would also fall into the fourth circle, but his is reasoning is a little different than Kim's. Clinton is very corrupt and corruption is not allowed by god.
