This does not mean that this was a day off for me, as my data wrangling role still continued on as normal, collecting and naming 4 scenes worth of audio and visual footage and making sure this was all ready for the shoot hard drive to be returned in the morning.

The weather had started off too gloomy for our plans, especially seeing as it didn't match the weather for the day after and unfortunately the actor of Sally could not make it as she was ill.

We were able to get a few good shots and a scene in the bag, which obviously gave me my data wrangling job to complete following the conclusion of the shoot.

For this day, I would be editing the remaining scenes for the film. These scenes were tricky to edit, as they had to be done in a particular manner to match the tone of the film. There was also two scenes that I needed to directly link, and make it look good narratively. This day tested my skills as an editor, however I feel like the work I had done over the last week had helped me get through it.

Once we ironed out all of the remaining kinks, we put the scenes together and created a full cut of One Good Turn.

Khieng and myself watched through the edit and decided to place it in picture lock, ready for James to take over on colour grading therefore ending my role as editor and my role in the film altogether.

During the post production process, I learnt a lot about editing and Premiere Pro that I wasn't so confident in before, I am glad that through this I have been able to develop further skills.
