In addition to founding Another8, Scott Robarge has previous entrepreneurial experience as the cofounder of Alpine Recruiting. Prior to his current position, Mr. Robarge served in multiple management positions within the recruiting industry, working as the recruiting and operations technology manager for Salesforce.com and as a senior talent consultant for Greylock Partners in Menlo Park, California. Over the course of 20 years, Mr. Robarge has developed skills in employer branding, the development of recruiting programs, and talent identification. In his free time, Scott Robarge supports the Alzheimer’s Association and enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, telemark skiing, and mountaineering.
