I have communicated when doing my cabin crew assessments. In my cabin crew lesson, we had to practise doing an emergency evacuation. This helped me develop my communication skills as it gave me some confidence when I had to remember the script and do it correctly. I think that I did the assessment quite well, I remembered the script and did it quickly and efficiently. To improve, I could have practised the script a little bit more to make sure that I was fully confident in what I was saying. I could also have spoken a bit louder to do the assessment better and make it more real, like a real emergency evacuation would be.

I have used communication when starting my new job. When I did my first shift I made sure to ask a lot of questions to avoid making mistakes. This helped me develop my communication skills as it gave me the confidence to ask for help if I needed it and if I was to make a mistake, how to fix it. My first shift went well and I asked for help if I needed it. To improve next time I go to work, I should keep practising what I need to do so that all the tasks become easier for me and I wont have to ask for help as much.

I have verbally spoken with my course leader when she did a one to one with me to check how I am doing with the work and the course. we spoke about assignments and deadlines and she offered me some help if I ever needed it. I did this well as I was honest and told her that I am not always up to date with all of my work. to improve I could ask her for some support to avoid missing deadlines on my assignments.

I have used teamwork skills when doing group work at college. In cabin crew we had to do a practise interview in groups. This helped me develop my team work skills as we had to plan it as a group and discuss what we needed to do.

I use teamwork when I am at work and it helps me to get my jobs done efficiently. This helps to improve my teamwork skills as I have to communicate with the people around me.
