What resonated most with you?
- Transportation and logistics management are intricately connected components of the supply chain. The success of management practices in this area stems from the effectiveness of both transportation and logistics strategies. Efficient transportation ensures that products reach distribution centers and retail locations on time, while effective logistics management ensures that these transportation resources are aligned with inventory needs and customer demands.
  
  What surprised you or challenged your existing knowledge?
- Customer requirements and the process in management steps is very important in the logistics. Then, many steps will want to do steps by steps and the process is very complex but they gradually completed these steps. This is very surprised to me.

- The Evolution of Inbound and Outbound Logistics Strategies: Inbound and outbound logistics strategies are critical to ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods, respectively. How companies optimize each phase and evolve these strategies to meet changing demands appears to be a valuable perspective, especially given the role of automation and predictive analytics.

How can you apply the concepts or ideas from the video to a real-world scenario?

Based on the video innovative solution or approaches that I will do is to reduce time to find the product from different warehouse so that it will be given a big impact to the business and customer. As we can see from the video there are many types of warehouses that we learn and in real world it was hard for the worker to take the goods or anything else from one place of warehouse to another warehouse and this will take time for them to get those things. This
will be an opportunity to improve the warehouse so that it can be easier for the worker and no need to go another warehouse that are very far. The solution to reduce the time to find the
product, I will propose build multi-purpose warehouse which is we can combine any two type of warehouse into one so that we can just find the product or anything else just around that place.

With the advancement of technology, it is crucial for companies to invest in ongoing training programs for their employees. This will enable them to adapt to new technologies and processes, ultimately leading to increased productivity and job satisfaction.

With resources, I will use artificial intelligence for climate control in a warehouse and improve the technology to track the entire supply chain accurately and effectively.
