- The building needs to be on the same page. If we are going to consider ourselves a PLC school, we need to be cohesive with our instruction, communication, and testing/retesting. Enrichment/choice boards need to be revisited. Some are sticking with fidelity and doing the scripted lessons within the book and seeing students go down in their groups and lose interest. Others have abandoned the book and adding in games and other activities with their groups to keep engaged throughout this time.
