Managers are responsible for dealing with the company finances, determining the direction of the company's development and contracting with other companies.
Engineers are responsible for designing electronic circuits.
Assembly line workers, in other companies they are usually hardest working people but here they don't have as much to do as you think.
In fact the only thing they do is ensuring production continuity, because entire production process is highly automated.
Testers - they are testing finished circuits, but it is boring activity so usually they are talking with assembly workers most of the day.
Mechanics - their task is to keep machines in good condition and to repair damaged ones.
Storekeepers - their task is to provide necessary parts for production line. When the boss isn't looking they race in forklifts.

What we need?
Well we need advanced computers for our engineers, also we need machines for our assembly line including rollers, milling machines, machines to put components onto circuits and one big soldering furnace to solder components to circuits (furnaces are very hot so they can be used to warm up in winter - double profit).
We need some forklifts and pallets for our warehouse as well.
Our mechanics need equipment to deal with failures of machines.
Some testers for our test section are necessary too. And the last thing is security, because our circuits, machines and equipment are expensive.
What we would like to have?
First of all we would like to have restaurant or bar for employees, where we can eat warm meal. Whats more, there would be water dispenser, coffee and ice cream machine, and fridge. Next thing we would like to have is radio in our workplaces so we can all sing together "Last Christmas" when October begins.
And the last thing we want is bell ring, like these in schools, so we can feel forever young in our adulthood :).
