Adding "Jehadism" into normal schools (this subject was in the "İmamhatip Schools" already which is not a good situation from my point of view.) These changes make students ignorant. The students should learn physics, language, etc. not "Jehadism." It is reactionism in the education system.

Communication in the mother tongue: Communicating in the light of any environment if necessary. Individuals should be able to express their ideas or thought in a persuasive way of writing or speaking.

Communication in foreign languages: Individuals should be curious about any language and its cultural differences. As a part of an individual's life, one should be able to learn the informal -colloquial- language and he/she should know how to use it appropriately.

Mathematics competence: One should know mathematical theories, measurements, basic operations, formulas, and notations. Moreover, one should also know how to use basic math in everyday life.

Science and technology competence: One should be able to comprehend individual responsibilities towards natural life. Besides that, one should also understand the effect of science and technology on natural life.

Digital competence: One should be questioning the reliability of available information and sources of information. Giving an example, students in 3rd grade learn how to use digital sources. Using the necessary tools while obtaining or producing information is also essential.

Learning to learn: Applying what the individual learns in various life situations. Evaluating his/her learning and work is one of the "learning to learn" key competence.

Initiative and entrepreneurship perception: Students should be able to evaluate ethical values, make an effective presentation, and be accommodating.

Social and public competencies: Empathy, solidarity, cooperation is essential parts of this key competence. Moreover, a citizen should avoid stress and conflicts, respect someone's private life.

Cultural awareness and expression: Citizens should be aware of cultural and linguistic diversity. Plus, citizens should give importance and appreciation to any artwork.

However, this adjustment needs detailed work by the researchers. Thus, the biggest issue in this curriculum is the lack of researches about key competencies. This curriculum needs a group of researchers in different proficiencies in order to make it of good quality. However, as we can see in the learning outcomes, these "values" are not well prepared for both teachers and students. I learned the details of the 2017 curriculum reform and its essentials such as social values and value education. Moreover, I learned ELTPs changes and new features after the 2017 curriculum reform.

2. What you would like to learn more about?

I would like to learn about this theoretical curriculum's application in schools. Is it really working on or is it only a lie? Actually, I searched this online and observed from me and my brother's education life. In line with my inferences, unfortunately, this curriculum is overrated. In theory, it seems nice, but in practice, its application is not happening the way it shows.

3. What you have not truly understood so you need to read more?

I really do not understand the fact that the new topics of lectures. I needed to deep in to understand well. In the and, I found it unbelievable taking out Atatürk's principles and reforms, evolution theory. Plus, adding jihadism is way out of me.
